Create the next book cover for Heather Jones

I'm an independent author.

I am preparing to publish my first novel on Kindle. "The Ghost In My Bedroom" is a young adult paranormal romance (think Twilight audience). I need a cover that really pops on a small scale, please make sure title is readable too. Would prefer if it didn't look like a sterotypical romance novel.

BOOK BLURB:
Lucy has grown up sharing her bedroom with the ghost Ryan, the teenage boy who lived there before her family bought the house. Now that she is 18 and closer to Ryan's age, she finds she's fallen in love with the ghost, but she realizes that this is a relationship that will never work, seeing as how he's dead and all. Her friends set her up on a blind date, so she plays along trying to forget about the ghost. Summer romance love triangle ensues, with a tragic ending.

COVER IDEAS: Please don't feel limited to my suggestions, I have these ideas in my head but I don't know how well they will translate to an actual image. If you have other ideas based on the blurb I'd love to see what you come up with.
-From a scene in the book - The girl is about to be hit by a car, so I'm thinking the back view of a girl silhouetted by headlights. She is wearing a dark blue full skirted pin up girl style dress. She has long wavy dark blond hair.
-The girl standing in a doorway with a male ghost behind her. The ghost looks like an extra from The Clash, kind of punk but not over the top. I like the idea of silhouetted images where there isn't a clear face.
-The girl's hand holding the ghosts hand.

You probably already know this, but according to some guidelines I have found for publishing on kindle:
-Cover should be .jpg or .tif(f) file
-at least 1000 pixels on the longest side
-ideal image height/width ratio is 1.6 (example: 1000 x 1600)
