The audience is comprised of readers who enjoy nonfiction, memoir, history, and military history.
What's your vision?
This will be the cover to a new book about the Iraq War titled "American Warfighter." The attached "Cover Mock Up" PDF will give you a basic idea of what I was thinking, but you are free to be creative! Take a look at the following books for inspiration: http://amzn.com/0891419063 -- Nice title font effect http://amzn.com/074322454X -- Nice title font effect http://amzn.com/0062082353 The attached "Cover Text" document should provide all of the necessary text, along with guidance for what should be on the paperback and hardcover versions. Note 1: The typewriter "J" should be on the bottom of the spine, as it's the publisher's logo. Note 2: The text on the cover should be easily visible and readable as a thumbnail image on Amazon. Small type will not work. Note 3: For the title font, try Trajan Pro, and for the subtitle, try Caslon Pro ... but I'm open to other fonts, as well (as noted on the covers I linked to, above). Note 4: I have permission from the owner (U.S. Army) to use the image on the book. There will be five final products for delivery: 1. Ebook cover 2. Hardback cover - template attached 3. Paperback cover #1 (IngramSpark) - template attached 4. Paperback cover #2 (CreateSpace) - template attached 5. Audiobook cover - requirements attached
This is a somber, serious book and the font, colors, and all styles should reflect this theme.
