Great Job. Amazing communication and easy to work with. I would definitely work with this artist again!
- AM Covers
AM Covers did another fantastic job! I struggled to provide certain information (cover size, page count) at the start of the project, but AM Covers was very understanding and guided me through the process.
The end product is fantastic!
Mariah did an excellent job of creating a full book cover that we can be proud of!
- Mario Lampic
As always, working with Mario was a dream. He makes any idea even better and the result is always beautiful.
Excellent work and very responsive to my notes. I couldn't be more pleased.

What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
A book cover for a new series. This is a book would be categorized on Amazon as Fantasy-Fairy Tale or Fantasy-New Adult/College, though it can more generally be thought of as Urban Fantasy. The following elements must appear on the cover:
Title: A Reluctant Hood
Series Info: House of the Red Hoods - Book One
Author: Kendrai Meeks
Tagline: The supernatural world in balance? Check.
Layout will be needed for both an ebook and paperback cover, though exact dimensions will be forthcoming in several months for the later.
Phrases/tropes that might inform cover design: female protagonist is a college-aged woman of mixed german and latin american heritage. Story is set primarily in Chicago and includes vamps and werewolves. The secondary protagonists a male werewolf, also college age, but a little gruffy looking. The main character is a descendant of Red Riding Hood, but in this book, hoods are the equivalent to werewolves what slayers are to vamps (i.e. kind of enforcers who keep them in line.) aka She's badass, but still young and somewhat naive.
I'd like the cover to be in line with similar ones currently popular in the subgenre. I'm included images of a few example by other other's books I'll be similar to in theme and tone that might serve as reference. However, I'm open to exploring alternative feels, so don't hesitate to throw something in you feel matches the book as described above but is dissimilar to current market trends.
