Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a happy, innovative and energetic social enterprise that specialises in mediation and conflict-resolution training. We give prison officers, police officers, housing officers and social workers the skills to resolve conflict and engage with hard-to-reach people. We also train mediators to resolve neighbour disputes, gang hostility, and anti-social behaviour, and to give victims of crime the opportunity to meet their offender as part of their recovery. Our target audience is criminal justice agencies, local authorities, and other public and private sector organisations. Our advanced training also attracts members of the public who wish to train as mediators. We also support staff at work and families at home to live more positively and harmoniously together.
