Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
West London Zone is transforming the lives of children on the cusp of crisis in one of the most unequal parts of the country.
Identifying and supporting children before they hit crisis, our Link Workers design a bespoke two-year intensive support package for each child, utilising local resources and commissioning charity partners to deliver specialist support. Progress is constantly tracked to ensure the plan is working.
Our overarching aim is to achieve a tipping point in one neighbourhood – changing the story for enough young people to become positive influencers, driving change for an entire generation – and ultimately creating a model that could be replicated around the UK.
Our audiences are:

- nursery children
- funders (government, wealthy individuals and companies)
- local people
- other local organisations
