What’s your company slogan?
Inspired Community Living
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are an Assisted Living Facility (ALF), which provides housing services to adults 55+ (of all race/ethnicity) who want to live independently but may need some assistance in their living. We have a 50 unit building that is located in the historic, urban neighborhood of Frogtown, which is located in the city of Saint Paul. 10 of these units are for dementia care residents. It is a few blocks from the State Capitol grounds. Our target audience will be 55+, most likely low-to medium income residents.
We promote healthy living for 55+ and locally sourced food. There are many ALFs in the neighborhood but what makes us different is that we aim to create a peaceful, revitalizing environment that helps our residents feel more alive in their later years.

at first pass this is a simple easy to digest logo, although the bird is really complex which might not scale well.
like the use of 'urban' as a home. the idea of home is something important to convey in an assisted living business.
font is a bit formal, but feels clean and regal. like how some expect an assisted living home to be.
minimal and abstract in that the use of curved lines to convey a nest
feels spacious, light, and airy. great qualities when thinking about a home (ie assisted living)
Our industry is healthcare for aging adults, but we could not find that in the industry drop down list. The next closest thing was Community-based services.
We want something zen-like, and going-inwards, and earthy. We chose color palettes that are "grounding." We don't want images of frogs in our logo, even if that is the name. We want the logo to feel inclusive, a sense of community, growth and vitality.
We're attaching a document with our mission, vision, and values.
