We want a fun invitation for our wedding.
What's your vision?
We have a general idea of what we want but are very happy for people to get creative. See the attached file showing the style we would like to copy. We want an invitation that has 7 similar pictures, 3 on either side of a picture of a wedding - basically showing life milestones from the past and from the future. One idea we had was to lay the pictures out across a page increasing and then decreasing in size a bit like the apple application dock (see the attached layout idea image) but happy with other ideas. The emphasis should be on the central image of the wedding. The pictures: 1 - guy and girl out having a drink and in deep discussion/debate/argument (this is how we met) 2 - on a camping holiday in Australia (maybe include tent/4WD) 3 - living and working in India and Asia (have lived in Bangalore and Hong Kong for the last 4 years. Suggest one person in traditional Indian kuta/sari and other in traditional Chinese) 4 - getting married (similar to the example) 5 - with a baby (similar to the example) 6 - with a family (general chaos with 2 or 3 kids, dog etc) 7 - growing old together (similar to the example, perhaps some kind of mirror of picture number one, come full circle) Colour theme should be along similar lines as this link: http://pinterest.com/ekpeyton/wedding-ideas-epdf/ Text we would like: Emma and Dan are getting married! Please join us in celebrating our commitment to each other - it wouldn't be the same without you! We look forward to sharing many more of life's milestones with you Saturday 28th December Ceremony at 3pm 74 Brinsley Road, Camberwell Dinner, dancing and general good times from 5pm onwards 12 Palmerston Street, Camberwell (Scout hall a 5 minute walk down the road) Please RSVP to email@example.com by 24th November Size The invitation will be both printed and emailed. It should be flat (no fold) and preferable single sided, but printing event details on the back is also possible.

And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
