Very professional, offered multiple ideas and implemented suggestions flawlessly. The design did come a long way in just a few days and was constantly developed while staying true to the initial concept. Fast and clear communication, he does go the extra mile to preserve the customer's interest.
Great logo and responded to feedback.

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
About 7000 languages are spoken today, but they are rapidly falling out of use. Every time this happens we lose hundreds of stories that have been passed down by word of mouth over generations. Our Android app, Aikuma, applies new R&D in linguistics and computer science to the grand challenge of recording and translating the world’s languages. Aikuma helps remnant communities preserve their voices and stories for future generations, and has already been used in New Guinea, Nepal, and Brazil. The recordings and translations collected using Aikuma may one day serve as an audio “Rosetta Stone”, making it possible to decipher newly discovered recordings from long-forgotten languages.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
We would like an icon for our Android app. It could pick up on any of the following concepts: people, story-telling, translation, the voice/tongue/mouth, cross-cultures, the world, preservation, transmission across time.
I'm hoping for something interesting and creative. It doesn't have to be too literal. It needs to be interpretable universally (like the Ubuntu icon). If the Rosetta Stone was digital audio, what would it look like? :) More background on the work is available via estive.net. The app itself is available from Google Play.
