Marin Community Foundation needs an infographic

Community & Non-Profit
We are a community foundation which makes charitable grants to support various issues in our community.
What's your vision?
We want an infographic describing the main points of health care reform in the U.S., with specific information about health care (and the implications of health care reform) in Marin County, CA. We are giving this out at an event on Sept. 11. We envision a four page piece - printed on 11 X 17 paper, folded. So there would be content on the front cover, a two-page spread when the piece is open, and a back cover. I am enclosing three documents - one showing content we'd ideally like on the front cover, inside spread (I did a very rough idea of layout, but am open to alternatives), and content for the back cover. We realize this is a lot of info and am open to conveying less.
We like clean designs here. You can also check out our website for our branding. It's at www.marincf.org.
