Community & Non-Profit
"radical" queer pastors writing progressive liturgy for christian communities - putting flesh onto liturgy (in other words, engaging real humans and earth in relationship to the Divine - writing about things like black lives matter, queer and trans love, sex, earth, other corporeal matters). target audience is other progressive spiritual types - people who will not associate well with the "cool" church marketing look. needs to be totally different than that. no traditional markers. depth and beauty with a little grit.
Other color requirements
Desiring deep colors, not bright or pastel colors.
NOT looking for cheesy church stuff. The elements/feel of the image in this book cover (sorry its small) is the kind of deep, beautiful, fleshy vibe I want. It looks like something that is alive and moves - which I also like. I love the colors in there too - I'm definitely leaning towards deep deep red but like all the dark ones in the photo. queer pastors here but not looking for rainbows! :)

Wonderful work, and feedback throughout...especially when it came to colors. I had a few we used and asked for them to be incorporated. She did, but then said why she did it her way, and she was right. Great input.
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
