English Translation: “ushiwakamaru” is a hair salon in Japan. Please visit our website : www.ushiwakamaru.co.jp. We have a theme every year. We would like to create a logo for this year’s theme. Theme for 2016: AMAZING(アメイジング） USHIWAKAMARU --- ・ushiwakamaru(www.ushiwakamaru.co.jp)という美容院を経営・2016年の年間テーマが　AMAZING(アメイジング） USHIWAKAMARU ・2015年は好調な成績を残せた、またその一段上を行く凄い仕事をしよう！お客様や仲間・家族関わる全ての人を驚かそう！年間テーマとなるロゴを作成して社員の意識付けを行いたい・アメコミ風デザインが希望

Elegant logo for skincare product

For this project I created customized typography with leaf integrated within in order to evoke natural aspect of this product. Client loved bold and minimal approach, but asked for possible symbol to be created. I extracted leaf from typography and stylized it a bit more within a circle. Went a bit further and made mockup of couple logo usage and some branding possibilities so in the end this logo surpassed clients expectations and was really satisfied.
