Great to work with! Went back and forth with us, making the logo and entire brand pack fit our needs. I highly recommend working with Talented Designs.

Our designer was very persistent, worked hard and was responsive.
Most eye catching design. Worked quickly and responded well to all our enquiries. Wouldn't hesitate to work with this designer again.
Great work and fast turn-around.
Wind@rt was a pleasure to work with. They were quick to make the requested changes, and went over and above expectations.

Who are you known as?
Cedar Springs Community Church
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a church that has a strong emphasis on community. We exist in a rural area of Washington state in the Pacific Northwest. Evergreen trees are common in our area, and we are in close proximity to Mt. Rainier. We are trying to target younger families (husband and wife between 30 and 60, kids under the age of 18). We want our 'brand' to be approachable, to be reminiscent of the natural environment we exist in, to be modern, without being sterile / cold / devoid of personality. People in our community appreciate the ability to work with your hands, to be hard working, etc. Many have 'blue collar' type jobs. People here like to get out into nature, for hiking and climbing or biking when weather permits. Our facilities have a rustic modern or industrial aesthetic (rough around the edges, strong, aged, etc).
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Community & Non-Profit
What colors do you want to see in your design?
Other color requirements
We are averse to excessive use of whites and greys, or colors that may come across as impersonal, cold, or TOO modern. We are also averse to use of primary colors that may be deemed to juvenile or playful. We tend to favor colors that are rich, are easily referenced in nature, and may feel rustic or earthen.
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
We don't find the colors appealing. We do like the fact that the emblem is reminiscent of a naturally occurring thing, and we like that it is not so literal (ie, its a flower, but its not over the top). The font may be too delicate or light in weight.
Colors in this logo are more appealing (blues, greens, greys) and we like the creative way that the infinity symbol is incorporated as part of the G and in substitution for the final word.
We are looking for a natural, modern, less traditional, organic, earthy look. We want to avoid any religious symbols in the logo. If you consider incorporating landscape elements, please look up what the Pacific Northwest and the area around Mount Rainier look like- we have lots of evergreens, not many rolling hills, and frankly we don't get a lot sunshine. Please pay attention to what a cedar tree or branch or its other elements look like before using a tree. Logos must translate easily to print (including use on white background), small sizes (business cards) and digital (websites and mobile devices) or large formats (billboards).
