I am an author who writes for disparate audiences. I write crime fiction, and a mystery series set in the Florida Keys with an emphasis on diving. I'm looking to brand myself as an author in order to use one logo across all my platforms.

I have a website at mickibrowning.com. I like clean aesthetics, and am leaning toward a round image like can be found at Stream2Sea.com. That said, I'm looking to have something that crosses audiences. The only thing I immediately came up in common between law enforcement and diving was the color blue (the thin blue line, uniforms, ocean, etc.) I have an author headshot that I use for media, but I am looking for a logo I can place on photos as well as my website.
