Yes a slogan about being drug free would be great
Community & Non-Profit
SR1 is a 501c3 nonprofit that is dedicated in providing social innovations in health, education and technology. We looking to develop a drug free campaign in central Mississippi.
Logo types to explore
SR1 has formed and trademarked the Community Oriented Opportunities for Learning (COOLTM) Coalition. The COOL coalition was formed by both professional and grassroots members based on the request of community members and educational leaders. The COOL Coalition is an inclusive and diverse group of individuals and organization in Central Mississippi dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of families in the Central Mississippi communities of Jackson, MS, Madison, MS and Forest, MS. Illegal drugs enter Jackson, Madison and Forest, MS through the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Pascagoula, MS and Interstate 55 and 20 running through Mississippi. Key entry points such as airports, rail transports, and public vehicles provide a way for illicit drugs to be sold in urban suburban, and rural areas of Mississippi. Our current target area has the second fastest growing non-medical prescription drug problem in the United States. A contributing factor to this shift is the belief that prescription medications are safer than illicit drugs since they are manufactured by pharmaceutical companies, prescribed by physicians and other practitioners, and dispensed by pharmacists. Additional alcohol, marijuana, and prescriptions drugs don’t have the stigma associated with cocaine and other illicit drugs of being purchased on the street and in alleys. We are looking for logo that is social innovative that we can market in Mississippi and appeal to those under 18 and their parents/guardians. It can involve our current logo or something totally different that becomes recognizable. For instance It can involve an evil mosquito because it is the leading killing insect/animal, or a good shark because it is suppose be a healthy animal that somehow is preventing drug use, etc. We have included our new organization logo just in case someone has an idea that they want to brainstorm off from.
