Entertainment & The Arts
Underhill Press is an independent book publisher.
The inspiration for the company name came from Lord of the Rings (Underhill is a popular last name for Hobbits). I envisioned a stylized hill with a lone, leafy tree on top when I came up with it, but I am open to suggestions. If you go that way, it needs to be so stylized that there is zero risk of being sued by Tolkien's family (ie. it has to be a hill and a tree and not a hobbit house)! Ultimately, I want a logo that's clean, simple, unique and recognizable. See https://99designs.com/blog/creative-inspiration/50-brilliant-book-publisher-logos/ for examples.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Logo design starts at $299.
