About us

We host creative painting classes to a mostly adult audience in China. Our classes are held in partner cafes and restaurants, so its not under a class environment. We encourage our customers to reDiscover themselves through painting and art, which are carried out in a fun and engaging manner. Our customers are mostly working professionals with relatively high income, who appreciates art, design and fashion.

The current logo is Canvas, not myCanvas. Hence the need for the redesign (I dont need the canvas looking background). I like designs that are clean and modern (Ive attached a few examples). I've also attachd a few event photos,which will help in giving you a feeling of the atmosphere in our painting events.

What does the brief say? An Amsterdam based movie and music production company. - The owners name is "Buddy" - We are a group of friends. Which in English you can call "Buds" - And we're from Amsterdam where people come to smoke weed, the weed flowers you actually smoke are called "Buds" as well. What does the designer do? An image (close to a coat of arms) that brings it all together.

C monogram logo for visual effects company

I love creating unique monograms so used this approach for Colony Visual Effects. As company is working on visual effects and making impossible stuff, possible, I decided to play with C, made with Escher-esque approach creating bending letter with impossible geometry theme. It works really great with subtle gradient giving this effect another dimension, but it works really great in single color as well. I took extra effort and created couple mockups showing this design used in various situations and in the end payed of.
