What colors do you want to see in your design?
Other color requirements
I'd like to explore the following colors:
Yellow on black
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
I’d like to try 2 directions.
The first direction is to copy the ‘neon’ sign (see attachment) for style, font (I like the imperfections) and colour. I’d like to have ‘creature’ in lower case yellow letters and ‘MUSIC’ in a smaller uppercase different font below it. Ideally recreate that image exactly but with ‘creature MUSIC’
In addition to this I’d like to also incorporate a creature hand (like a warewolf hand or and alien hand) reaching out from the shadows holding the pull switch string ready to deactivate the power to the 'Creature Music' neon sign. I'd like to see this idea with and without the creature hand.
The second direction I'd like to feature the words 'Creature Music' (I don't mind the idea of a separate font for each word) and also incorporate some kind of subtle 'creature' element within or next to the wording - maybe footprints (like that of a dinosaur or a yeti's prints disappearing into the snow) Or a character (but nothing sweet and cute - something simple) Or perhaps one of the letters in the name could be morphed into a creature.
Overall I definitely don't want the logo to be ominous or sinister or serious but at the same time I don't want it to be sweet and innocent and childish. I'm looking for something cool/ funky and fun with an edge. The 'Cheeky Little' logo I've attached is purely as an 'emotional' reference. I don't want to copy it. I want to appeal to the hipster advertising creative as well as paying homage to the fact that I'm writing music for a sophisticated preschool Children's animated TV series soon to be on Netflix. I hope this helps! Thanks.
