The most Creative Designer of this contest, and Excellent services.... Thanks again!
It was great working with Sang_Raja. They are an excellent designer, and nailed our design with the first concept. They made some minor adjustments without hesitation, and was very fast in responding to our messages. We look forward to working with them again.
Great to work with, very quick with revisions and went the extra mile after the project was over. Very happy with the experience.
phdlogo was such a delight and a pleasure to work with! Nothing was too much trouble or too difficult. She definitely went the extra mile and went out of her way to make sure I was happy with all the work she created. She really did earn every penny of the prize money and I can only hope I have another opportunity to work with her again. I would recommend her to anyone for her creative talent and first class work ethic, without hesitation and I rate 99designs 5 stars after the quality experience I benefited from! Thank you phdlogo and 99designs!!!

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
DIRTfoundation is a non-profit organization with the mission 1) to support growing nonprofits and cause-based businesses while 2) educating the public on how design with intentionality reaps thriving for people, the planet, and businesses. The target audiences are two fold: 1) direct customers/interested funders that are willing to buy a DIRTfoundation product to support a featured non-profit/cause-based business of the month and 2) designers in a broad sense - architects, product designers, organizational development professionals that use job design approaches - who want to be inspired and learn bits of information to help embed sustainability and end-user/customer/employee thriving in their design. People who go to this site range from philanthropists, funders, customers, professionals all interested in creating shared value and corporate social responsibility. DIRT is a mindset and stands for Designing Intentionally Reaps Thriving. Each educational blog and non-profit/cause-based business feature end with "Let's build with DIRT."

I uploaded a sketch of a vision of "DIRT" being above the soil and the word "foundation" in the soil. The "T" of founda't'ion looks like it grows upward through the soil to be a part of the "T" of DIR'T'. This T maybe has a leaf... I like the idea of growth with the foundation partnering to help other growing organizations. I also attached the color scheme.
