I would like a strong, clean font to form part of the logo (CALAVERA) but also have a stand-alone image (perhaps on top of the wording) that could be used separately. The word calavera is Spanish for skull so it would be great to if the image could be of a more abstract/less literal skull (without crossbones) - perhaps a geometrical/smaller skull image would be best.
Not looking for a "scary" skull - more focused on a simple, clean geometrical shaped skull.
LET'S NOT INCLUDE THE FACIAL FEATURES OF THE SKULL (MOUTH AND EYES) - Just the shape of a skull (geometrical/straight lines rather than round) - perhaps with a few different tones to give it some shape. I think this will give is a clean, modern and mature look rather than a cartoon-ish look.
