Who are you known as?
Every Dog Has Her Day
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
The problem that Every Dog Has Her Day (EveryDog) is addressing is how can fur families easily and effectively find dog parks and dog-friendly cafes, restaurants, bars, markets events and accommodation. Further, EveryDog wants to build a community by allowing members to rate and add places, thereby providing the best possible guide for fur family outings. EveryDog is a unique mobile responsive web application for fur families in South East Queensland (SEQ), Australia.
There are three distinctive types of fur families. The first are typically young singles or couples who are yet to have children, generally between early twenties and mid thirties. There are also singles or couples who never had children, generally mid thirties to mid fifties. Finally there are the empty nesters who's children have left home and they are normally over fifty.
The primary targets of EveryDog are young people (men and women) yet to have families and those more middle aged people that never did. These groups have the least inhibitions about taking their dogs as many places as possible and it is seen as common practice and acceptable to the peer groups in the younger generations.

The target audience is located in SEQ which is the third largest Region in Australia behind Sydney and Melbourne. SEQ is sub-tropical and prides itself on being outdoorsy, relaxed but is also becoming increasingly trendy and urban. The types of locations people on the site will be seeking range from day trips or camping on beaches or in forests to Sunday sessions in micro-breweries and brunch at inner-city cafes.
