The problem with our current treatment (attached) is that it doesn't read well when scaled down, particularly when included as a small logo in a sponsorship package. In addition, the current treatment does not create a brand personality or sense of emotion/image. Living "Intown" in Atlanta is highly desirable. The fact that our properties offer luxury apartments with retail onsite is very compelling and we want a logo treatment that pays off that prestige. Prospective renters, ages 22-45, are interested in enjoying living in a community close to work, leisure and nightlife.
Regarding copy/content: The only verbiage needed on logo is IntownApartments.com. Client prefers the treatment to be displayed as intownAPARTMENTS.com.
