Independent Cowgirl is a women's lifestyle clothing company geared toward modern young women (15-35+) who have country roots, country ties, or just have an affinity for anything country. Whether she rodeos, hunts, grew up in a small rural town, kicks ass at corn hole, or just likes some 'Bro Country' music now and again, this brand is for her. It's for the rough and rowdy cowgirl, the urban cowgirl, and the suburban cowgirl. No cowgirl boots required.
For now, the brand features mostly T-shirts, tank tops, and baseball caps, some with witty or powerful messages, or simple words which represent a cowgirl/country lifestyle.

I would like the logo to incorporate some sort of horned animal skull, head, or horns (bull, buck). Bull would be my preference. Another idea I tossed around is incorporating the Norse rune Uruz, which is a very simple Norse symbol that represents, among other things, raw physical strength, and is often associated with a bull.
I often like the use of white space and I like the idea of substituting letters for symbols, but these are not requirements. If you do a web search for 'watercolor bull skull' there's tons of awesome images I like of bull skulls adorned with flowers and other designs.
