BUILD Today provides a genuine 100% finance product, allowing purchasers to a build a new home without a deposit. To facilitate this, BUILD Today partners with Australia’s leading builders and mortgage providers in order to supply a seamless and secure genuine no deposit product.
The target market is still very broad as this models appeals to not only first home buyers but investors and second, third home buyers all aged between 20-45.

I'd like to explore the following colors:
Light neutrals: Purity, balance and sophistication.
Reds: Energy, action, passion and love.
Blues: Knowledge, trust, calm and honesty.

One big difference between Build Today and our competitors is our clients don't have to wait until they save for a deposit. They can build now...Today! Perhaps one option could be some reference to a calendar to symbolise this with some abstract reference to a roofline / house. Something subtle but not cheesy.
In saying this we give full creative licence and if you have a unique idea that you think will work for us we'd love to see it.
Perhaps using the colour red to generate excitement and relate to youth.
Blue is another colour we would like that reflects trust and strength.
