Solidafide is a startup developed to bring 3D printing to the main stream by making the 3D printing experience easy and enjoyable for anyone. We connect designers, users of 3D printers and consumers together. We provide the files guaranteed to print on your 3D printer, a network of designers who can design any product you need, and a network of 3D printer users who can print your product for you. The name Solidafide comes from the Latin definition Solida - perfect, real, lasting, three dimensional and Fide - confidence, trust, belief, faith, loyalty, honesty. About the owners: We are three defense contractors who want to make the world a better place. Tired of the slow moving bureaucracy inherent to government work and not feeling full filled, we first read about 3D printing prosthetics for the disabled. Logo types to explore
1. We would like to include a little of our past job history in the logo if possible 2. 3D printing for home use is primarily a process of extruding plastic in fine layers slowing building the 3D object up layer by layer. We would like to include this idea in the logo in some way. 3. We want to show that we are the experts in the 3D printing field the logo should convey perfection, three dimensional, confidence, trust, loyalty, and honesty 4. The logo will be on letterhead, business cards, web, and social media as well as promotional products such as polo shirts, mugs, and baseball caps. 5. The logo should work in color but also reproduce well in black and white
