Keep Austin Ozsome
Entertainment & The Arts
Product is going to be the logo to be placed on t-shirts, koozies, keychains, mugs, magnets, etc. and target audience is citizens or people that live in Austin, Texas as well as tourists visiting the city. Austin is the capital of Texas and also known as the "live music capital of the world". It's also known for having a certain "vibe" and a beautiful city with lots of lakes and rivers with festivals of all types all year round also known as the "emerald city of texas". Therefore I want to make it "Oz" like from the movie "The Wizard of Oz" and convey the fell of "Oztin" Texas
Please use my design as the base, especially how the "Oztin" is now and it is essential to convey the "Oz" and to have it as the main feature of the logo so that people can easily make the relation between "Oztin" and the city of "Oz" from the movie. Austin is seen as a very groovy, vibrant city and has "6th Street" in downtown which is just as or more famous than "Bourbon St" in New Orleans. It also has clubs packed on both sides of the street for blocks and blocks. Austin also is known for having the largest bat colony in North America that comes out of a bridge on South Congress Avenue (I've included a mild rendition of it in my logo). Austin also just got Formula One (F1) and is the only city in the US to host a F1 event so maybe a small race car can be incorporated into the logo. **Important: please keep "Austin City Limit" sign on the yellow brick road leading to the city. Also, please put a street sign or something that says "6th Street" which is critical to the logo design. Music needs needs to be accentuated due to city being the "live music capital of the world" with

What an incredible experience! Yulianzone is one of the best designers I've ever worked with—he's very detail oriented, listens to every word of feedback, and is a great communicator. From the beginning of my contest, he was committed to coming up with a design I would love (and it really showed!).
This whole experience was above and beyond what I expected. I feel so grateful that I got to work with such an awesome person and wouldn't hesitate to work with him on many more projects in the future. Not to mention, I'm completely and wholeheartedly in love with my new logo!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
