I am an author, consultant, speaker and Founder/CEO of The Hygge Hus (also running a contest for that business right now). My content (books, writing, speaking) is about women's wellbeing in the workplace. I do this by helping people connect to themselves and bringing some humanity, nature, and self-care back into the mix at work. My target audience is women ages 30-60 that are professional women (manager and above) working in large corporations and/or women that own their own businesses.
