Community WISE (Women Investing in STEM Equity) is a coalition of local employers, education institutions, students and community leaders who work to identify and invest in engaging learning opportunities to inspire and prepare more girls to pursue STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) majors and careers. We believe that our STEM workforce issues can only be solved by diverse partners collaborating to create disruptive solutions that promote equity for all girls and underrepresented racial minorities.
Community WISE seeks to build resources and lead change so that every woman and girl in Sonoma County achieves her full potential. We are committed to women’s economic self-sufficiency and we believe improving educational and career opportunities for girls and women in STEM fields will empower more women to secure economic independence through greater lifetime earnings and increased entrepreneurial opportunities.
Very simply put, Community WISE is a giving circle - a group of women who agree collaboratively to invest in one or more compelling and relevant organizations each year in order to forward our mission of empowering girls and women in STEM careers.

We are interesting in a graphic identity that can easily be used in multiple mediums - standard web presence, letterhead, lapel pin and embossed invitation. Check out our webpage for more info on our organization: http://www.ctesonomacounty.org/wome…uity-wise/. Please note, it is not important for this logo to be congruent with our existing CTE Foundation logo - that will be changing in the near future. We envision that the ultimate graphic will be round in shape. Thank you!
