Our organization surveys patients receiving health care about their experiences. MATCH is the name of one of our survey questions. It asks patients how well the health care they receive matched their individuals values and preferences. (e.g., Does their treatment fit with their lifestyle? Do they have a medication that has side effects they are OK with?)

To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
1. We would like to avoid any literal images of matches (i.e., fire) in the logo.
2. The MATCH survey is about things 'fitting', so feel free to incorporate imagery related to things fitting, matching etc into the logo if you wish (not necessary).
3. One of the reasons we do this survey is to give patients a voice, so feel free to incorporate imagery related to this (e.g., speech bubble, a bullhorn) into the logo if you wish (not necessary).
