Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Grace Community Church in Streator, IL recently celebrated 30 years of ministry. We are a non-denominational church with a contemporary format located in a small Midwestern community but with a further than local reach. We have been building our web presence over time and now feel we need a logo that will reflect the forward motion of the church while also being easily recognizable as we utilize it in various platforms. We are looking for a combination of the clear use of the words "Grace Community Church" alongside or under either a bold graphic icon/symbol or unique use of the letters "GCC." As a church, we embody a variety of ministries and services that serve the local congregation as well as the surrounding communities. Because our service format is high impact, with relevant preaching combined with modern-style live worship and high-tech production, we are seeking a logo that reflects our deep love and worship of God in these bold ways. Our target audience is the entire family, but a large percentage of our congregation is between the ages of 25-45

The 3 words that make up our name are important to consider independently as we view them together as our name. GRACE (God's love for us-by which we are saved) COMMUNITY (both our reach and desire to serve those around us, as well as our welcoming of others into our local Body) CHURCH )the gathered family unit that worships together)...In the end we are looking for a bold graphic that people will begin to identify with us, as we know there are other churches with the same name in other cities...so don't be afraid to think out of the box...
