Great designer. Very compelling designs from the start. Understands clients needs and very creative. Great communications and easy to work with. Highly recommended.
I hired Mike for a private project after loving the logo he created for my company. This time he made a new logo for myself as well as business cards. He's a great designer, hears and follows your vision, but he also shows you what his vision is, which actually was better than mine!
How jdye started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Keys for Heroes
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
This logo is to promote a program called Keys for Heroes. Right now there are just 124 veterans in MN who are considered long-term homeless. The Keys for Heroes program involves outreach to landlords to encourage them to rent one of their places to a veteran. This logo should make it clear that Keys for Heroes is about specifically housing veterans of the U.S. military.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Community & Non-Profit
What colors do you want to see in your design?
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
One vision to consider is something that looks like a patch on a military uniform with the words "Keys for Heroes" while making the patch remind someone of a home. Then, hanging from the "patch" are housing keys hanging from it with the words Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Coast Guard on the keys. Attached are a bunch of military patches. Also attached is a picture of a Key Hook.
Putting the concept together, you have a patch that has the words Keys for Heroes on it. Hanging from the patch are house keys on hooks, with each of the keys having a branch of the military written on it.
This is just an idea. We are open to whatever you think looks best!
