The message we're trying to convey is that we as a credit union are strong (anchor) and the slogan - "A Revolution for Dignity" - represents that we give people financial solutions while preserving their dignity. People in crisis need to preserve their dignity so they can make better financial decisions. People who save prudently and already make wise financial decisions (and rarely find themselves in crisis) need to preserve their dignity so they are not treated like a number or a commodity. The "revolution for dignity" means our passion for serving them is in direct contract to the way they are treated in so many financial institutions / banks.

To punctuate a point we touched on briefly below - we will be using this logo as a rally point image, BUT we hope to have it touch each person as they are called out for doing something positive related to our revolution. If the logo can incorporate several images that can be broken out as in some of the images below. That may be helpful.

What do you think will make your brand stand out from the crowd?
This is internal so we need this to cut through their work blinders. Engage and incite them to change. We want them to feel safe to take risks and encourage them to get creative. We want them to be passionate - we are growing to serve our members and our community.
Who do you see as your target audience (age, gender, maybe social background)? Realistically, your main target audience will be a specific demographic — who is it?
Our main target audience is internal. They are women avg age 45.
What is the unique, key value that you think should also be reflected in logo itself? (eg. healthiness, simplicity, caring, determination, etc)
Teamwork - *Between our staff members * Between our board members and our staff *Between our staff and our members-owners (customers.)

Help start our revolution! Community credit union needs design that conveys radical change.
We are a financial cooperative that provides financial products and services designed to fulfill the needs of our members.
BUT we want every member to know without a doubt that we care more about them as people than the value of their assets - that is the revolution!
We value positivity in an environment of mutual trust. We share our members goals (collaboration) and their desire to complete those transactions quickly and completely (agility).
We take pride in ourselves and each other and look for the potential in our members. We are passionate about every opportunity to serve them.
What sets us apart:
We strive to provide our community with an opportunity to bank with dignity. We truly value human dignity. We realize that every financial transaction can have a great impact both positively and negatively. We strive to treat every one with respect and give our members and community the tools and skills to lift themselves up.
This is what we need from you:
We need a rally point image.
One that will reside on our internal communications for now - unifying our board members and our employees and eventually our members around our quest to tear down barriers associated with financial transactions and restore dignity to everyone involved.
We are looking for a simple, bold design. This design should visually convey (in no order of importance):

The phrase "CPFCU 2.0: A Revolution for Dignity" should be included in the design in some way.
The logo will appear on letterhead, posters, t-shirts, eventually throughout out buildings and possibly more.
