Logo types to explore
UPDATE DESIGN BRIEF: Nothing cartoonish. VERY LIMITED GRADIENTS PLEASE. I realize to get the metal look we will need these but we can add the gradients to any design. We want to see how the design looks when it's flat and we will incorporate other effects based on the media the logo is used on. After seeing multiple shield shapes, we are sticking with the general shape that is in the attached concept. Please adjust your designs accordingly. The words "Firearms" & "Training" will no longer be in the shield. Instead, we want to see "Firearms" on the left of the shield and "Training" on the right side. I've attached logo-concept2.jpg below for an example. As a reminder, these letters are also supposed to be 3D like. Inside the outer edge of the shield, please replace any rivets with small stars. If your concepts did not involve rivets, kindly add the stars now. Please make the first letter of each word from the company name stand out. (H.P.P.) We are open to your ideas here. As far as the "Homeland Personal Protection" part goes. Please focus on this text. Make it larger so that it is more easily read when the logo is small. If it's difficult to read from the thumbnail on 99designs then it's too small for our use. I will be contacting each of you individually to tell you the components of your concepts that we liked so you are sure to include them in your final design submissions.
