To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
contemporary training studio. clients will use free weights, ropes, slam balls, etc, so we will not be afraid to rock it out. in fact, we will encourage that. at the same time, i would like to differentiate ourselves from sweat shop/garage style or "meathead" gyms. our style is to combine challenging progressed weight training with mobility/soft tissue work. we will offer some smoothie/drinks as well. we will constantly strive to get our clientele into the correct balance of joints and movements using any tool that we can.
target audience will be 30-60 year old with healthy lifestyle and likes a coach lead workout. we will also be targeting their children for sports specific training/agility improvement. sessions cost apprx $40 per.
