Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
The Distance is a clothing brand which will specialise in adventure wear for people competing in events like Tough Mudder, Spartan Race and the Kathmandu Adventure Series. We will sell tights with knee pads, singlets, shorts, long sleeve tops with elbow protection etc - think a souped up Lorna Jane.
The gear needs to be portrayed as hardcore and good quality. We will be competing against the likes of Lorna Jane and Under Armour. It won't be girly. We will also branch into casual wear such as t-shirts, shorts and jackets. The logo will be stitched onto the clothing so nothing elaborate or too detailed, and will also be printed. I am keen to see logos that are the actual words 'The Distance' and also symbols that represent the distance, just like Under Armour do with their X.
