Stefan Schmid – Psychologe und langjähriger Personalchef bei Konzernen wie Amazon, Continental und Viessmann – vermittelt die ungeschriebenen Regeln von Aufstieg, Wirkung und Karriereentscheidungen. Wir helfen ambitionierten Menschen, ihre berufliche Richtung zu klären, sichtbar zu werden und wieder Kontrolle über ihre Laufbahn zu gewinnen – mit klarer Analyse, ehrlicher Konfrontation und konkreter Strategie.
