Great experience working with Didit. His creative acumen and diligence in quickly turning around suggestions are high. Everyone I presented his work to absolutely loved it! He was very easy to work and took the initiative to showcase how his submission could look on various mediums (which was unsolicited by me). I will definitely use him on other projects I may have.

How JonyMatt started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
T-shirt company that will sell, via it's web site, tees with late 60s and 70s african american iconic music and social images/icons from famous bands logos, album art and cultural symbols from the era.
Our target audience is two fold: 1. individuals who grew up during that era thus having an infinity for those iconic images (african american, 40-55 years in age, male and female). 2. A younger generation (white, black, asian and latino, 16-32, male and female) who has a cultural appreciation towards that era and its nostalgic and iconic images.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Other color requirements
Possibly red, black and/or green. But I'm open to interpretaion and options. Colors should be somewhat neutrual though (no pinks, limes or anything like that). Browns could also work.
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
The logo needs to represent the era. I don't mind modern elements but it needs to have a 70s feel (maybe a neo-70s funk feel). If you're incorporating an image, maybe an afro, 45 record or other symbol that represents the era might be something to consider in incorporating. Or you can incorporate an image (or outline) of a t-shirt within the logo. Whatever is used, wordmark, picmark or emblem, the logo should be stylish, cool and funky representing the era.
