RAD is a talented international designer and grasped what I was seeking in a new logo for Australia's biggest one day kiteboarding race. RAD's creative work has created a logo that will visually position the Lighthouse to Leighton perfectly and grasped the * creative * of using the setting sun as a back drop for the logo which mirrors the race setting itself.
RAD's attention to detail and acceptance to fine tuning the logo for our commercial requirements were 10/10.
This designer spends a lot of detailed focus and individual time on her designs. In my time working with her she provided us with a lot of suggestions, alterations, and creativity to match our vision. Her creative vision provided us with an intriguing, global, and unique design. I highly recommend working with her for your designs.

World Zoo Living Planet
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
World Zoo Living Planet is an online virtual zoo. NOT a game. It is meant to be shown as a website with descriptions of each exhibit and links to Wikipedia descriptions of each species exhibited (there will be a total of 1.000-1.500 species - I have chosen around 80 mammalian predators alone!). The website will also include other informations about the zoo, such as its different areas, its philosophy and how my idea developed. The website will be a mix of an encyclopedia and a guided tour through WZLP; with each description of an area/exhibit will be a vivid description of how it would be like to visit the place if it were real. On the website there will be many informations, though it will not seem "heavy", at least not extremely so. The most important aspect of the WZLP website will be the descriptions of each exhibit area (an exhibit area could for instance be "Birds of Prey" within the category "The Carnivore Path", or "The Amazon Jungle" within "South America"). Such a description will include an overview of the exhibit area, where in the zoo it would be located if the zoo were real, why I have made this exhibit area, a vivid description of how it would be like to visit the area if it were real, an acryllic painting of how the real area would look like and photos of each species exhibited (complete with species name and links to Wikipedia articles). I focus very much on that the exhibits should be creative, inventive, beautiful and relevant (= getting into the "mindset" of for instance the Amazon or the deep sea), and a wide range of sensory experiences are important (anything from look to smell is described in my vivid description of each exhibit area). My target group is mainly other zoo "nerds and geeks" like myself, especially 15-35 year old females with Asperger's syndrome or high-functioning autism. The reason I have even made WZLP is that it is my "autistic obsession" (people with milder forms of autism often have one narrow interest which they are experts in; I have Asperger's syndrome, a mild form of autism), so healthcare professionals and others interested in psychiatry might also be a potential target group. For the sake of healthcare professionals, I also provide a thorough description of myself.
