We are a brand new organization seeking name recognition. We want to empower people to seek help as well as connecting more with themselves, others, and sometimes nature. We want to be able to provide access to a wide range of people.
Connected Roots is a unique therapy practice built upon the three pillars of connection, grounding, and confidence. We are primarily a group therapy practice because we believe in the power of connecting to others in a space where judgment is distant and support and validation are front and center. Because feeling grounded in this world has become few and far between, we incorporate nature into our practice to allow people to reconnect with the earth, with our roots. Lastly, we want to help people build confidence in their ability to cope with life’s stressors and know that, no matter what, they can get through.
We offer group therapy, recreational therapy, therapeutic nature retreats, and clinical supervision.
Group therapy provides a type of support and validation not often found elsewhere. In group, people are able to express themselves openly and connect with others going through similar difficulties.
Our nature retreats offer respite from daily life to allow for deep reflection and grounding. Group therapy and experiential activities will be offered while camping and hiking through the mountains.

Eliot and I are not your average therapists. We like to bring humor and lightness into therapy and try to make it fun and enjoyable for clients to be there. We are youthful, creative, spunky, total goof-balls and very outgoing. When we thought about what makes us different, we thought about the fact that we are fun and funny together and also that we have such diverse backgrounds, that we can customize therapy to each individual's unique needs. We would love our design to be as fun and unique as we are while remaining simple enough to be classic.
