Mcarr got their new logo design by running a design contest:
METROPOLITAN FIRE BRIGADE RECRUIT COURSE 106 NEEDS A LOGO
Check out Mcarr's Logo design contest…
We are recruit course 106 currently in basic training to become members of the Melbourne Metropolitan Fire Brigade. The MFB serves the local community by protecting it's people and assets from fires and other hazards.
Logo types to explore
1) This logo is very important to all 24 course members. It will be displayed on our flag, t shirts and some other clothing and memrobilia items. 2) Be creative and come up with original and unique designs. No copy and paste jobs. 3) Try to incorporate the following actual and symbolic elements: Recruit Course 106, MFB, fire, fireman, rescue, Melbourne city, courage, mateship, team work. 4) The pictures supplied are just some general inspirations, feel free to take it in a different direction if you'd like.
