The Victory Lap
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
The Victory Lap matches youth who have aged out of foster care (ages 18-21) with vacancies in retirement centers. The youth gets stable housing, a job and the love of the senior residents. The community gets an on-site workforce, revenue for otherwise vacant units and the vibrancy of young people.
