100 Million Strong

We will be hosting a Special Needs Fashion Show on Dec 8 in Times Square

This is a concept that we'd like to take on a national tour in 2018, with 3 goals in mind:

1. celebrate the special needs community in local markets nationwide
2. raise money for local and national special needs charities
3. encourage fashion brands to develop adaptive clothing lines to fit those with special needs

I am working on non-profit status; to be called 100 Million Strong (there are roughly 100 million individuals worldwide with severe disabilities).

100 Million Strong

Mission: To promote and financially support those with special needs in local communities nationwide by hosting engaging and unifying events.

Goal: To celebrate those with special needs and galvanize the local community through engaging events and charitable contributions.

Portfolio of Charities: 100MS believes there are a myriad of charities worthy of support on both a local and national level. Instead of competing with these admirable organizations our events intend to be a “rising tide that lifts all boats” in the special needs community.

How: 100MillionStrong will begin by hosting Special Needs Fashion Show in a 10-city tour to highlight that beauty comes in all forms. Each show will raise money for one local and one national charity.

Event Series: Shows will be hosted at shopping malls which feature the retail brands that have sponsored the national tour. Models will be invited from the special needs community and will be given gift certificates from the local retailers to select clothing for the runway show.

Nationwide Tour:
New York City - Times Square. To be held on December 8, 2017.
