Painting Lounge
We are a Paint & Sip studio in New York City. We give beginner painting classes to adults while they enjoy a glass of wine or beer. It's an art class/bar atmosphere. Our target audience is women in their 20's and 30's (girls night out), also couples on dates, as well as corporate clients for a team building event. To give you a picture of our studio atmosphere: We play 90's music and paint a lot of romantic landscapes with sunsets. With mostly young women drinking Moscato and having a great time. I want our logo to be inviting and fun. More like a party and less like a serious art studio. Please visit http://www.paintinglounge.com/ to see what we are all about. Also, below are a few other similar businesses that have stronger branding. I think the best of this group is Wine and Design (wineanddesign.com) and Muse Paintbar (musepaintbar.com)
Paint Nite - https://www.paintnite.com/
Muse Paintbar - https://www.musepaintbar.com/

I'd like to explore the following colors:
Purples: Imagination, spirituality, royalty and luxury.
Pinks: Intimacy, love, calm and nurture.
Let designers make suggestions:
I want the design to be fun and clean. There could a hint towards neon lettering but it's not critical and I'm open to lots of different interpretations. I would like there to be some kind of visual reference to a glass of wine and or an artist paint brush, maybe worked into the design of the lettering but possibly as a separate cute modern icon. Idealy the design could work just as well in one or two colors for printing on clothes as it would if in full color. I also like the idea if the design could be flexible to work both as an emblem in a square or circle design, as well as being written out as a banner. The attached logos below are my current logos which I am not 100% satisfied with, I don't want them to be a distraction to your creativity, but I thought you might want to see them. I'm open to different color schemes but I think I want to reference wine so deep reds and pale golds, but then again I tend to like pastels (pinks, aquas and lavenders as well as greys).
