The name Amara in the Igbo language means urgent business, elegance, grace, and kindness. Target audience: Black female executive leaders across all industries (business, education, tech, medical, etc). This is organization is for professional Black women. The purpose of Amara Leaders nonprofit organization is to: 1) Build and support Black women’s social impact and leadership contributions across industries. 3) Work with Black women to navigate the complexities of workplace dynamics 3) Provide tools and resources to industry leaders to leverage Black women leaders’ individual, social, and cultural identities as assets. 4) Provide services to enhance Black women’s leadership skills. 5) Partner with colleges, universities, and industries to prepare and hire Black women in positions of leadership. 6) Support Black women’s leadership struggles and growth connected to their cultural identity and work context.
I’m open to ideas on the type of logo that’s best for my brand.
