Very nice and willing to do all revisions. Very prompt in responding to questions.
OXA99 set the standard from the beginning, making it easy to collaborate and come up with the perfect logo.
Shima22 did a great. Several of Shima's designs could have been the winner. The only hard part was picking the best!

How vettales started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Westshore Veterinary Clinic
What’s your company slogan?
Integrative Pet Care
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
I am a small animal veterinarian. I am starting a new clinic. We see cats and dogs only. I do holistic/eastern medicine (acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicines, and physical therapy for pets) as well as Western medicine. I want the logo to convey a holistic feel using the water element. Water element is part of Chinese medicines five elements and is calming and tranquil. The water element is supposed to be related to a holistic healing feel. Not a beach/surf/coastal feel.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Animal & Pet
What colors do you want to see in your design?

If the tag line fits underneath it would be nice to have an option for it. My idea is to have a logo that can be used with the full name of the clinic "Westshore Veterinary Clinic" or abbreviated "Westshore Vet" or a stand alone symbol as well. I am looking for a logo to be distinct and recognizable to my clinic. Not just a generic symbol for a cat and dog vet clinic. A few words that come into mind when I think of the clinic I am creating and the feel of the design inside and the logo:
Rustic meets industrial design
Color palate of aqua/blue, neutrals/whites/brown/blacks
Holistic feel - without the logo saying the word holistic
Water as a calming element.
I would like the water element in the logo. Either in the form of a wave or other form (wave, raindrop, etc).
A dog and cat can be incorporated into the design. They can be geometric or abstract. They do not have to be just generic silhouettes.
I love the picture of the Japanese "Great Wave" as an inspiration for the design of incorporating water.
PLEASE NO MEDICAL CROSS SYMBOLS IN THE LOGO
Please feel free to be creative
