Making Trade and Investment Treaties Work for Everyone / Trade and Investment Law Broker (the above can but must not be incorporated; perhaps not in logo itself, but only on website)
Attorney & Law
We are a young, dynamic group of legal experts from all over the world who want to make trade and investment treaties work for everyone. TrainLab stands for "Trade and Investment Law Broker". TrainLab is a website where people can ask legal questions, build coalitions and lawyers can network. People who need legal help can ask questions on our internet-based TrainLab platform. Our group of legal experts will provide the answer for free. Today, only large and resourceful governments and multinationals can use WTO, free trade and bilateral investment agreements to their advantage. We want to share expertise with a broader group of people, businesses, NGOs and governments. We also allow for users to build coalitions and to set up legal teams to defend their cause at lower prices compared to "big law". We also incorporate a number of "legal clinics" and student groups from prestigious law schools in Europe, the US, India and elsewhere. We are looking for a logo to put on our website (http://www.trainlab.org). We are cooperating with http://www.lawgives.com so our logo should be somewhat compatible with theirs. Ideally, below this logo we also want to capture the full title of TrainLab "trade and investment legal advisory broker" and find a way to coherently/homogeneously put something like "Making Trade and Investment Treaties Work For Everyone". To cap it all, it would be great to have a good picture as background, something that demonstrates our global reach, open spirit, novelty, social cause, plus hints at global trade and investment (we like the symbol of the Golden Gate Bridge, for example, as an impression of freedom, novelty, exploration and trade links between US and Asia, we are also an off-spin of Stanford University but most of us are not Americans!).
Logo types to explore
We are at very early stages and running on a very low budget but hope to get something that is both attractive to users and comes across as reliable, trustworthy to legal experts and people looking for top quality legal advice.
