Entertainment & The Arts
Innomatic is a full-service creative firm. With offices in New York and LA, it specializes in commercial, fashion, and narrative media projects worldwide. Innomatic provides a focused boutique production experience for every client. Our target audience are digital cosmopolitans with start up companies, or established brands (like Cornell University, Wallmart, Mastercard) looking for innovative ways to tell stories or share their message with multi-media (films, websites, games, apps).
Logo types to explore
Innomatic is a combination of roots. It literally translates to the act of innovation. "Inno" for innovation and "-matic" for the "result of, the act of." IDEA 1 - Visualize "The Process" The logo could reflect a pixilating mechanism that gradually comes into focus. It could be raw material that goes through a filter and comes out whole. It could be a cyclical mechanism with no clear beginning or end. IDEA 2 - Visualize "The Essence" This could be more abstract. This could reflect the eb and flow of creativity. The subtle harmonic mingling of chaos and order. It could reflect the end product, something that has been refined with paint, chissels, tools, wires, lights- evidence of work or debris surrounds the image. Or it could reflect a "universal creator" machine (think of a 3D printer that could print and project anything you could imagine). Placement of Logo The logo could be visualized in the word Innomatic. It could be above or below the word Innomatic. Or Innomatic could rest directly on (or go through) the image. Attached Files: Love the lighting effect in the "Universal Creator Idea.jpg." The placement of the stars with the portrait looking up seems inspired, cerebral, and contemplative. Another approach to visualizing the process or essence of innovation could be that innovation comes from the mind. Maybe the "O" in Innomatic could play with this idea. Regarding the "Innovative Mind Idea.jpg," maybe there is a brain either above the word Innomatic (like in the "Townsquare Media" logo) or imposed on/under the word Innomatic (like in the "Greyspot" logo). Including color might not work, but if color was used it would need to be subtle and there would need to be an active purpose for it. This would be the only instance where color might be appropriate. I like how there is color pouring out only one side of the image and how everything else is black and white. We like minimalist sans serif fonts.
