Imagine we will be combining all our many years of experience, different talents and expertise into building houses that will improve the lives of those who live there. Unlike mass produced, cheaply made and only pretty from the front, buildings we have grown too accustomed to, our structures will be designed and built to last for hundreds of years. Lets let the grandkids fight over who gets to inherit the house.
TARGET AUDIENCE: Hip, well-traveled and super educated, 30-50 somethings with families, our likely customers will probably work at in medicine (we have three medical schools here), at one of the large Universities in town or the huge Tech research center. Many of them come from foreign countries or other cities to live here for work or graduate school.
Lets face it guys, its probably your wife that had the strongest opinion about which house you bought, so while we won’t forget men, we will focus on appealing to women buyers. What better way to do this than have two working women, wives and mothers, design and build the perfect family house.
