Playful, Hip Hop, Biggie inspired Reddit character design for young tech professionals

I want a Reddit "Snoo" designed to look dressed like Biggie (Notorious BIG) headshot in the reference photo below. The Snoo Alien should be consistent with other designs of the Snow Alien, have the same dimensions of Snoo references, etc… The design should not be a mashup of Biggie & Snoo (I.e. giving the snow big lips, nose, different dimensions of the head, etc..) The snoo’s expression should match what you see in the Biggie Headshot (low energy eyes, serious mouth) with a crown cocked on his head. Crown should be the same scale on his head as it is in the Biggie Headshot. Antenna can poke out of the top of the crown as in the Snoo Crown Reference image. The head of the Snoo should be placed over a dripping spray paint “splat”. You can interpret the shape of the “splat” as you wish. Make sure the “splat” is centered, as it will be placed in the center of a t-shirt, roughly the size of someone’s hand in the center of their chest. The “splat” should be a MINT GREEN color. Curved, along the inside of the splat in very fine print, I want the lyrics “You know very well who you are. Don’t let ‘em hold you down. Reach for the stars”. Print should be small enough that you would need to lean in to read it if the graphic is 6” across. Use the FONT REFERENCE image for guidance on what the font should look like. The graphic will be printed on salmon pink shirts.

The vibe should take inspiration from hip hop art, but use a playful color pallet. Will be printed on a salmon/light pink t shirt.
