What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
Baby Block Bank
We need a bank shaped like a baby block that can be produced using blow or injection molding. It needs to be cute and usable to add funds for the charities that would purchase them. We have produced a bottle like this in the past (see http://www.babybottlecampaign.org/d…d_id=21225 but we want to do a baby block now.
Design: It needs to be about 3" x 3" x 3". The design should be stylish but cute (again, see the link above). It needs to be manufactured in quantity at low cost (such as blow or injection molding). Use letters/images/baby stuff (search for baby block bank for other similar examples) on some of the sides but at least TWO of the sides have to be able to be easily imprinted.
Easy to Empty: It needs a big opening that can be sealed when not in use. The block could be two pieces that screw together or have a lid that attaches - but the connection must be solid and done in a way that doesn't accidentally come apart. The blocks will be holding coins so they will need to be easily emptied of the contents.
Easy to add money: The customer must be able to easily add checks/cash/coins to the box. We have done this with a slot in the past (see the link above) but whatever makes sense (for example, a funnel hole on the top might work?)
Overall Look: We want something that is stylish and fun but definitely associated with baby blocks. Our audience is middle age women that like stylish - not boring...
We are just looking for a mockup - we will have the CAD produced elsewhere. Thanks!
