Frontier Communications is a telephone/internet provider who primarily serves rural America. Our target audience is Women ages 35-55. This audience is just now becoming familiar with new technology and social media.
What's your vision?
I would like 3 promotional banners created for a Facebook sweepstakes we are going to run in January. These banners will be loaded into our social platform app (OfferPop) The name of the sweeps is called "Frontier's No Cost New Year Sweepstakes. The Grand prize is 1 Year of Free Service for 2014. First image: Fan Gate Image: 810px wide, 300px-1000px high • Frontier logo and Sweepstakes title • “arrow" (or something else clever)in upper right hand corner pointing to “like” button • Grand Prize is main focus • “Fresh start” "New Year" influence • Frontier “Triple Play” Service Package image. Phone, TV, Internet (laptop) (this is essentially the grand prize.) Second Image: Submission Form Image: 810px wide 300px high • Frontier logo and Sweepstakes title • Creative tagline ( see below) • Grand Prize (main focus) • Same look and feel as “Fan Gate Image” - Triple Play Image Third Image: Tab Image: 111x74 • “No Cost New Year Sweepstakes” • Consistent Imaging Our customers are pretty conservative, so nothing too flashy. Because our target audience is located in rural America, we want a “cozy home town” look and feel that gets people excited about the prize and the Frontier brand. Let your creativeness run wild to give it that "Fresh Start New Year" feel. Choose color tones and fonts you think fits best. Some tag lines to work with: • “Make 2014 the best year yet by winning 1 Year of Free Frontier Service” OR • “Win 1 Year of Free Service to make 2014 the best year yet! (what ever works best)
Supporting rational and emotional 'reasons to enter' • This campaign will give customers the chance to alleviate any financial burdens they might have because of cable/internet bill. Not having to pay an Internet bill in 2014 gives the customer a worry free “fresh start” for the New Year. • Free service = less stress, Free Service= Happy Customer • “Over a $1000 value” • Many people in our target audience are already Frontier customers, the allure of winning 1 Year of Free Service will hopefully be enticing. • We want to show them that we value our customers and want them to continue to use Frontier services. More ideas to work with: • “Free Service for 2014” • “Start the New Year off with a BANG: Win free service for a year” • “Boost your New Year with Free service for the whole year!” • “ Free Service = an awesome New Year”
